The Fort Worth Geological Society is pleased to announce that our 2023 Fall Ice Breaker has been scheduled for Wednesday, September 13th from 5-7pm on the patio of the Downtown Ft. Worth Flying Saucer Draught Emporium.

As you know, our network reaches over 700 Geologists located within or have ties to the DFW area! Sponsoring this event enables us to continue to host this popular social gathering to celebrate another successful program year, assists with our 3 annual student scholarships and gives you exposure to our vast network.

With sponsorship, your company logo will be included in all promotional emails as well as on the banners posted at the event. Please see additional perks with each donation level below:

Tier 1 Sponsorship: $800

• Two embroidered FWGS baseball hats (Embroidered hats will be delivered at the Fall Icebreaker, otherwise will be shipped directly to sponsor)
• Up to 5 tickets to event for employees – this includes 5 raffle and 10 drinks tickets
• Extra-Large size Logo on all promotional material, including website, emails, poster and signs at event.
• Recognition at FWGS Luncheon during announcements
• Participate in raffle drawing at event
• Recognition as a sponsor at the Fall Ice breaker including 1 minute introduction and sales pitch

Tier 2 Sponsorship: $600

• Up to 4 tickets to event for employees – this includes 4 raffle and 8 drink tickets
• Large size Logo on all promotional material, including website, emails, poster and signs at event.
• Recognition at FWGS September Luncheon during announcements
• Participate in raffle drawing at event
• Recognition as a sponsor at the Fall Ice breaker during announcements

Tier 3 Sponsorship: $400

• Up to 3 tickets to event for employees– this includes 3 raffle and 6 drink tickets
• Medium Size Logo on all promotional material, including website, emails, poster and signs at event
• Participate in raffle drawing at event
• Recognition as a sponsor at the Fall Ice breaker during announcements

Tier 4 Sponsorship: $200

• 2 ticket to event for employees – this includes 4 drink tickets
• Recognition as a sponsor at the Fall Ice breaker during announcements
• Medium Size Logo on all promotional material, including website, emails, poster and signs at event.

Tier 5 Sponsorship: $100

• 1 ticket to event for employees – this includes 2 drinks tickets
• Small Size Logo on all promotional material, including website, emails, poster and signs at event.
