Event Schedule:

Registration: 8:00 – 8:30 am

Morning Program:  8:30 – Noon

Lunch: Noon - 1:00 pm

Afternoon Program: 1:00– 5:00 pm

Participation Fee:

The SWS provides the course free of charge for AAPG Members or members of a SWS Geological Society, however, there is an all-day food/refreshment and materials fee of $60 for members or $80 for non-members. A small processing/virtual fee of $5 will be charged for online participation only.

RSVP Info:

Event space will be in-person/virtual streaming via Zoom, a link will be sent the day of the event. CLASSROOM SPACE IS LIMITED to the first 110 participants then will be Virtual only.

Students:

The short course if free for students within the AAPG Southwest Section region. After registering, please send a confirmation email to Brittnee Brannan at brittnee@deltaoandg.com to confirm school affiliation. Student volunteer opportunities are available and encouraged, please include interest in your confirmation email.
