The Southwest Section of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists is pleased to announce that our next Bill Hailey Memorial Continuing Education Short Course has been scheduled for Thursday January 9, 2020 in Fort Worth, TX.

We always have a fantastic turnout for our annual short course. The Fort Worth short course attendance averages over 200 professionals and students in the DFW area each year. Sponsoring this event enables us to continue to host this popular continuing education short course at a minimal cost to our SWS members and gives you exposure to our vast network.   

We have three sponsorship opportunities available:

Short Course Manual Sponsor - $1,500

- Sponsor will be recognized on the cover of the short course manual, verbally during announcements, and on other advertising material.

- Sponsorship also includes two tickets to the short course in either Abilene or Fort Worth

Lunch Sponsor - $1,100

- Sponsor will be recognized verbally during announcements, on signage at the lunch buffet tables, and on other advertising material.

- Sponsorship also includes two tickets to the short course in either Abilene or Fort Worth 

Snack Sponsor - $500

- Sponsor will be recognized verbally during announcements, on signage at the coffee and snack tables, and on other advertising material.

- Sponsorship also includes two tickets to the short course in either Abilene or Fort Worth.
