Enjoy spending a morning at Fort Worth's acclaimed CENTRAL MARKET…..a wonderful new-concept grocery store featuring 60 varieties of sausage made in-house, a wide selection of premium meats and cheeses, 2500 wine labels, hundreds of varieties of produce from all over the world, an on-site bakery, more than 600 bulk items and much more. A knowledgeable FOODIE will present a cooking demonstration, followed by a guided tour of the store. After a shopping and tasting opportunity, box lunches prepared by The Central Market will be enjoyed on the store's balcony. Saddle up to enjoy a bit of history at the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame in Fort Worth's Museum District. Opened in June 2002, the museum offers its visitors a glimpse of the multi-faceted life of the American cowgirl, illustrated through video, art and interactive displays. Following a docent guided tour, there will be shopping time in the museum's gift shop before boarding the bus to head back downtown to one of Fort Worth's best loved restaurants, THE REATA. Enjoy gourmet cowboy food served up in a beautiful, rustic ranch setting.
