Geologic Manager
Well established,
privately held oil company is seeking a highly motivated development geologist
who has the ability to impact the company's bottom line in both acquisition
evaluations and development phase. Supervision of small staff necessary. This
position requires a track record in waterflood, detail geology and bypassed pay
identification.
Candidates must
have10+ years relevant experience, and a recent proven track record of value
creation. The successful candidate will have responsibility for evaluating
development and acquisition opportunities in multiple domestic basins of Texas,
Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Wyoming. Experience with SMT workstation
and intermediate log analysis experience will be helpful.
BS and/or Masters Degree in Geology required.

– South Texas Region

Geophysicist with South Texas experience.

8+
years oil and gas Geophysical experience. Heavy South Texas geophysical experience
required.
Strong
SMT workstation experience required.
Experience
working in a multi-disciplinary team and the ability to integrate geophysical
data with geological data, petrophysics
and engineering information.
In-depth
understanding of oil and gas prospect analysis workflows and site-specific
customization of data.
Planning
and interpretation of various types of seismic data.
Ability
to follow projects to completion.
